Watsu : Water Massage Exercise for Pregnant Women and its Amazing Benefits

Watsu : Water Massage Exercise for Pregnant Women and its Amazing Benefits. When I was researching about topics about pregnancy exercises and its benefits, I came cross a kind of technique which is termed watsu - a water therapy which combines the principles of shiatzu and massage where in one is submerged in water. It looks amazing and those who experienced it shared that it is indeed a good therapy. For most part it is a therapy for muscle, joints and the whole body relaxation which is done in the water by a therapist. According to resources, it was in the early 1980’s when Harold Dull introduced this technique combining the Zen shiatzu and warm water therapy.

The good thing about watsu is that it is recommended for all age group, adult, children, men and women. It is also good for those who experienced back pains and some muscular pain problems and those who just have back pains and surgeries.
